Granules of the desired plastic material are pelletized, then heated to the required temperature such that it melts and reaches the correct consistency. Molten plastic is ejected into the cavity of a precisely engineered injection mould, such that it takes the targeted shape, size, and specifications. A patrol inspection is done to ensure process control and component quality. When cooled down, the result is the envisaged plastic component. Each component is then further refined and stringently scrutinized for quality and consistency. Once completed, the component samples are inspected. The samples along with the inspection report are sent to the customer for verification and approval before the product is fully produced and ready for delivery.
