Moulds are hollow cavity receptacles made of solid metal, made to manufacture components and assemblies in large volumes. We provide the option for you to choose from over 20 different materials. When the desired concept is finalized and the product blueprint is prepared, a plastic injection mould or a stamping mould is manufactured to the exact specification. Mould flow analysis is done to predict issues that may arise in the future.
After close communication with our clients, the mould is manufactured according to the models that have been suggested by the technical design team after the approval of the customer. Our moulds are closely monitored during the CNC process by our engineers. Milled to perfection, our molds are guaranteed to deliver 0.01mm of accuracy. This precision is achieved by using highly advanced equipment and extremely meticulous inspection and scrutiny. This also ensures that our moulds are consistent in quality and highly robust. The feasibility report and the mould flow analysis are sent to the customer for verification and approval. We fully undertake and dispatch the final components after production, however, if the customer has requested just the mould, then only the mould is dispatched to the customer.
Once the tool layout is completed, we begin the phase of tool manufacturing and all parameters of the tool are inspected at every stage before it enters final production.
After all the parameters meet the required specifications, we begin the production of the tool. Once the tool is assembled, it is inspected against the assembly drawing for defects, and then trials are taken until they meet the component drawing blueprint specifications and customer requirements.
